The First regional EID conference was organised in Hungary under the motto: 'Fostering economic growth based on innovation'

The event provided for one-on-one meetings with experts to inform in particular small company leaders on innovation related support projects, programmes and tools that are available at the EU level.

An exhibition was directly connected to the conference area and provided an opportunity for the event partners to showcase their products and inform interested participants on site. The exhibition space was part of the networking area, where the buffet lunch and coffee breaks took place.

 


The event program was designed with a particular attention to the requirements of innovative SMEs. A matchmaking system was put in place, allowing SMEs to schedule individual meetings with experts and large company representatives.
